At RS Customs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-made products. As most of our products are manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications, special conditions apply regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused
Be in its original packaging
Be in the same condition as received
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Custom-made and personalized products are manufactured according to the customer's specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom steering wheels
Special-order parts
Products with custom stitching
Products with custom carbon fiber, Alcantara, or leather options
Products with personalized design selections
Made-to-order products
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
Custom products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect customer selections, or any reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect or product fault.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or production error, you must contact us as soon as possible at:

Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
All warranty and defect claims are subject to inspection and approval by RS Customs.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, RS Customs reserves the right to repair or otherwise remedy the issue before any refund, replacement, or cancellation of the purchase is considered.
RS Customs may perform up to three (3) repair or correction attempts where applicable before alternative remedies are considered.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, RS Customs may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:
Repair the product
Provide a replacement product
Offer a partial refund
Issue a full refund
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation
Misuse or neglect
Accidental damage
External impacts
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
We do not offer direct exchanges on custom-made products.
If an approved return or warranty claim results in a replacement order, a new order process may be required.
Sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the claim has been finalized.
