These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the RS Customs online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

The seller is RS Customs ("Seller", "we", "us", "our").
The purchaser is the person placing the order ("Customer", "you", "your").
We sell both custom-made steering wheels manufactured according to your specifications and standard stock products.
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. A binding agreement is formed once we have accepted and confirmed your order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in NOK and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
In the event of obvious pricing errors or technical mistakes, RS Customs reserves the right to cancel the order prior to shipment.
We offer payment through available payment providers including:
Credit/Debit Card
Vipps
Klarna
For custom-made products, payment may be captured when the order is confirmed and production begins.
For stock products, payment may be captured when the product is shipped.
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
Estimated production and delivery time is normally between 3–6 weeks from the date production begins.
Stock items are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, supplier delays, customs procedures, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery is considered completed when the product has been delivered to you or your designated recipient.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under local consumer protection laws.
Custom-made steering wheels and other products manufactured according to the customer's specifications are exempt from any right of withdrawal or cancellation.
This includes products with:
Custom stitching
Custom leather selections
Alcantara selections
Carbon fiber options
Personalized design choices
Any made-to-order configuration
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law.
This limitation does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products.
Approved returns must:
Be unused
Be in original condition
Be returned in original packaging
Include proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
Any claim regarding defects, damage, or manufacturing faults must be reported as soon as reasonably possible and include:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos and/or videos documenting the defect
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by RS Customs.
If a defect is confirmed, RS Customs reserves the right to repair or otherwise remedy the issue before any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy is considered.
Where applicable, RS Customs may perform up to three (3) repair or correction attempts before alternative remedies are offered.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, RS Customs may choose to:
Repair the product
Replace the product
Offer a partial refund
Issue a full refund
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
In the event of significant delivery delays, customers may be entitled to remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Any claims relating to delayed delivery should be submitted in writing.
Any commercial warranty provided by RS Customs is supplementary to your statutory consumer rights.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Incorrect installation
Misuse
Accidental damage
External impacts
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Personal information is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and operating our business.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding data processing and customer rights.
Customers should contact RS Customs directly regarding complaints.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.
Where applicable, customers may also use local consumer dispute resolution services or online dispute resolution platforms available in their jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or altered without written approval from RS Customs.
Costs already incurred for labor, materials, or production may be charged to the customer.
Steering wheels must be installed by qualified personnel.
RS Customs accepts no responsibility for damage, injury, malfunction, or warranty claims arising from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use contrary to manufacturer recommendations.
