At RS Customs, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. All our products are carefully inspected before delivery, and we stand behind the craftsmanship and materials we supply.

✅ Warranty and complaints
We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all steering wheels and components from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in material or stitching
• Paint, glue or finish defects on carbon, leather or alcantara.
• Defects that occur during normal use and are due to manufacturing

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. shine in leather, color change, wear on seams or alcantara)
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, moisture, heat, UV light or chemicals
• Modifications made after delivery
• Electrical components (such as LED displays) if they are incorrectly installed

⚙️ How to submit a warranty claim
If you experience a problem, you can contact us via our Contact Form , or contact us at post@rscustoms.no and attach:
1. Order number
2. Photos of the product and the defect
3. A brief description of the problem

We will review the case within 5 business days and offer either:
1. Repair
2. Replacement product
3. Reasonable compensation
