WARRANTY RS CUSTOMS

1. Warranty Period

RS Customs provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery on all steering wheels and products manufactured or customized by RS Customs.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by RS Customs.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in stitching and craftsmanship.
  • Material defects causing premature separation, deformation, or failure.
  • Carbon fiber defects resulting from manufacturing processes.
  • Defects related to assembly performed by RS Customs.
  • Defects in LED displays or electronic components supplied by RS Customs (if applicable).

If a valid warranty claim is approved, RS Customs will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product free of charge;
  • Replace the product with an equivalent product; or
  • Provide a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of leather, Alcantara, carbon fiber, or other surface materials.
  • Fading, discoloration, or cosmetic aging caused by regular use.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation by the customer or a third party.
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, neglect, fire, water, or other external factors.
  • Damage resulting from racing, track use, motorsport activities, or other extreme conditions.
  • Products modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than RS Customs.
  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery, including scratches, dents, chips, or marks.

4. Installation

To maintain warranty coverage, RS Customs strongly recommends installation by a qualified technician or professional workshop.

Any damage caused by improper installation is not covered under this warranty.

5. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact RS Customs as soon as possible.

To process a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase or order number;
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue;
  • A detailed description of the problem.

RS Customs reserves the right to request the return of the product for inspection before approving any warranty claim.

6. Shipping Costs

If the warranty claim is approved, RS Customs will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement.

If the issue is determined not to be covered by this warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping and inspection costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RS Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

The maximum liability of RS Customs shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

8. Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit or replace those rights.
